Ari is not exactly lucky in love. Her latest crush, a handsome and mysterious stranger, turns out to be the notorious Miss December killer, who preys on unsuspecting women and photographs them as his twisted version of a pin-up calendar. But instead of running away, Ari decides to stick around and try to win his heart, even if it means risking her own life.

"Miss December" is a strange and twisted romantic comedy that will appeal to fans of offbeat humor and unconventional love stories. The film has a dark and moody atmosphere that matches its macabre subject matter, but also a playful and absurd sense of humor that keeps things from getting too bleak. The script is filled with witty dialogue and quirky characters, from Ari's eccentric roommate to the killer's bemused sidekick.

The lead actors, Gil Zabarsky and Raquel Pomplun, have great chemistry as the unlikely couple, and manage to make their twisted romance both creepy and charming. Zabarsky's performance is particularly impressive, as he manages to make the killer both menacing and sympathetic, with just the right amount of black humor. Pomplun, meanwhile, brings a refreshing mix of innocence and determination to her role, making Ari a likable and relatable protagonist.

The film's pacing is a bit uneven, with some scenes dragging on too long and others feeling rushed, but overall "Miss December" is an entertaining and original movie that deserves more attention. Whether you're a fan of horror, comedy or romance, you're sure to find something to enjoy in this weird and wonderful film. So grab some popcorn and a disturbingly attractive date, and get ready for a one-of-a-kind cinematic experience.
